Vivienne Tam created it’s firs Digital Collectable (NFT) dress with BNV, 

from her SS23 collection. The ask is to create a coherent social package to promote the dress, while considering the physical communication: flyers, brochure and invites in an event.



Utilizing 2 events: MVFW (Online) and Art Basel Hong Kong exhibition (Offline), the dress is displayed as a Decentraland wearable and an augmented reality filter to enhance the purchase experience of Vivienne Tam’s first digital collectable.

One design extended into 3 possibilities: Digital collectable, AR and gaming wearable

The unique selling point of the dress is the mandala fan pattern in 3 different bored apes. Referencing pattern making in fashion and sewing, the layout design utilises the silhouettes of Bored Ape, dress and dash lines. The key visuals pays detail to her SS23 show backdrop and within the 3D design. The color palette draws inspiration from the vibrant hues typical of spring and summer, reflecting the lively essence of the SS23 collection. By incorporating a mix of pixel fonts, the design captures the spirit of the retro digital era aesthetic while paying homage to traditional fashion elements.
