The communication strategy that includes public engagement, information dissemination, and feedback collection related to the project. As a part of the multimedia team, we've concepted and produced a seamless cubic LED interactive and viewing experience, considering the overarching communication strategy and PR roll out.

Co created a 10 scene seamless interactive story transitioning across game, video and audio narration to present technical environmental data of CEDD in an accessible format. I've worked from concepting narrative, interactive to production: audio and video editing, scene creation.

Working with a copy writer on the overarching narrative and story of the exhibition, we've converted complex civil engineering topics such as eco shorelines, biochar enhanced concrete, slope safety and reclamation, from technical schematics and policy documents into intuitive, story driven visual sequences.
Our approach was simple, we first defined the segments of work within the 4 departments in CEDD and map the key visuals along with the VO. Throughout the experience, there are 2 hero interactive: Flower and underwater which is designed to be the arch of the story and for the public to take pictures with. The challenge is to fit the information required by the client, while producing a coherent look and feel.
Interaction, UX and hardware
Multi Modal Sensing: Combined top-mounted camera motion tracking (hand gesture) with embedded floor touch-sensor arrays (footstep interaction) for hands-free engagement.
UI Signifiers: Designed clear persistent UI indicators and real-time visual feedback loops to instantly guide visitors of all age groups without requiring manual instructions.
Transparent LED Integration: Strategic placement along facade windows maintains a visual connection to the surrounding pier landscape, allowing natural light through when idle.
Cubic Multi Surface Display: Integrated front, floor, and window displays into a single, cohesive interactive zone.

Civic Engagement: Successfully launched Hong Kong’s first circular interactive government showcase, turning civil engineering concepts into an accessible, family friendly public landmark.
